Members of the U.S. Army 163rd Military Police (MP) Detachment Special Reaction Team (SRT), train in vehicle assault techniques.
Special Reaction Teams are trained to intervene in the event of various extreme situations that occur at the U.S. Army installations where they are stationed.
They are analogous to civilian police S.W.A.T. units and train in similar techniques for dealing with active shooters, sniper incidents, barricaded suspects, hostage taking and the like.
