FBI SWAT Team

The FBI's Albany SWAT Team enter a room, splitting into left and right groups.

FBI SWAT teams (Specialized Weapons and Tactics) are located at each of the FBI's field offices throughout the United States.

FBI SWAT may be deployed on various missions including high-risk arrests, barricaded suspect, hostage rescue, hijacked aircraft and stronghold assault operations.

As can be seen in the above photo, FBI SWAT operators wear full tactical gear including nomdex fire-retardant clothing, knee-pads, flight gloves, MOLLE assault webbing, goggles and kevlar helmets.

Weapons used by FBI SWAT include the M4 carbine, MP510A3 10mm smg, Springfield M1911A1 .
