A number of M1126 Stryker Infantry Carrier Vehicles were added to the Ranger's arsenal in 2005 and have seen action in Iraq and Afghansitan.
The Stryker is an 8-wheeled armored vehicle that is typically armed with a M151 Remote Weapon Station (RWS) which can mount a M2 .50 cal heavy machine gun or 40mm grenade launcher.
