A USAF MC-130E Combat Talon I transport plane fitted with a Fulton skyhook surface-to-air recovery system fitted to its nose. The Fulton skyhook was an experimental system designed for picking up agents or other sensitive packages from the ground. The system is featured in the hollywood movie, The Dark Knight.
