Members of the 23d Security Forces Squadron (SFS) Special Reaction Team (SRT), Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, advance down a corridor during training.

USAF SRTs are SFS personnel trained to respond to certain crisis scenarios at their assigned air base.

Their role may include dealing with an active shooter situation.

In a real world scenario, the SRT is likely to work closely with the local Sherrif Office's SWAT team.

The Special Reaction Team operators are wearing tan flight suits and assault vests, MICH 2001 helmets, M50 gas masks and Peltor Comtac headsets.

Their primary weapon is the M4 carbine, fitted with Aimpoint red dot sight, AN/PEQ-15 Advanced Target Pointer Illuminator Aiming Light (ATPIAL) and various gun lights.

SRT members carry the M9a1 9mm pistol as a secondary/backup weapon.
