Maryland State Police Special Tactical Assault Team Element

Maryland State Police Special Tactical Assault Team Element (S.T.A.T.E.) practise explosive entry drills with USAF Security Forces Squadron personnel in unoccupied USAF housing. S.T.A.T.E. is Maryland State Police's special weapons and tactics (SWAT) team. The team deals with high risk arrest warrants, searches and seizures, barricaded suspects and dignitary protection. The Special Tactical Assault Team Element is part of Maryland State Police's Special Operations Unit.
